Were You Created or Evolved? Unpacking “Lucy” and Human Origins

Museums often highlight fossils like Lucy as proof that humans evolved from ape-like ancestors. But the Bible paints a different picture: humans were created in God’s image—fully formed, fully human, from the very beginning.

What secular exhibits label as “missing links” are often either fully ape or fully human, not true transitional forms. “Lucy,” for instance, shows skeletal features that fit comfortably with extinct apes, not halfway-evolved humans. Even Neanderthal remains show complex tools, burial rituals, and intelligence consistent with humanity—not primitive life.
